Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a user-centered approach to problem-solving that involves understanding the user, challenging assumptions, and redefining problems to identify strategies and solutions.

My Approach:

-
User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to gather insights about users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points.
-
Scenario Creation: Create scenarios that illustrate how personas might interact with the product/platform in different contexts.
-
Journey Mapping: Create visual representations of user experiences to identify opportunities and challenges.
-
Prototype Creation: Develop low-fidelity prototypes (sketches, wireframes) to visualize and test concepts quickly.
-
User Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather feedback on prototypes or existing solutions.
-
Analyze Feedback: Analyze test results to understand user reactions and identify areas for improvement.
